My background is in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), where I’ve spent years helping individuals and families create meaningful, lasting behavior change. Through that work, I learned something powerful: lasting transformation doesn’t come from motivation alone. It comes from understanding behavior, building supportive systems, and creating habits that fit real life.
That philosophy became the foundation of Habit Shift.
I created Habit Shift Coaching to help women move away from all-or-nothing thinking and toward sustainable, behavior-based wellness. Because improving your health shouldn’t feel overwhelming, restrictive, or impossible to maintain.
I help women navigate stress, burnout, changing routines, hormonal shifts, and lifestyle transitions by focusing on the small, meaningful behaviors that shape long-term health.
My coaching approach blends behavior science, habit change, wellness education, and personalized support to help you build routines that support your mind, body, and everyday life.
